What is The Adventure Way?
The Adventure Way is a guiding platform designed to equip our children with the skills, values, and mindset they need to flourish and contribute meaningfully to their communities and beyond.
As a school, we identified five key attributes we believe every learner should grow during their time at Adventure:
- Creativity: Thinking imaginatively, solving problems in innovative ways, and expressing unique ideas.
- Curiosity: A deep desire to explore, ask questions, and make sense of the world.
- Collaboration: Working well with others, valuing diverse perspectives, and building strong relationships.
- Self-awareness: Understanding one’s own emotions, strengths, and areas for growth.
- Self-direction: Taking ownership of learning, setting goals, and persisting through challenges.
A Living Culture
These attributes are not taught in isolation; they are woven through every learning experience, conversation, and opportunity at our school. By embedding these traits into our daily lives, we ensure our students are prepared to innovate, lead their own journeys, and make a positive difference.
Our Adventure Way posters were updated in 2026 to show a clear progression through the syndicates. From our youngest learners to our oldest, the Adventure Way now grows with them, providing a tailored roadmap for success at every stage.
